Felda is buying Fgv at Rm1.30 to take it private

Among the land assets of Fgv and Felda are lands in Plentong at book value only 7.2 sen per sq feet

So If Felda just sell Plentong lands to Kimlun at 80 sen per sq ft

win win deal

Felda will make 1,000% profit

Kimlun will save Rm83.20 psf

This is better than Topglove
