The Americans and western countries are hypocrites and.akways apply double standards. US are having.21 millions peoples infected and 380 k peoples died. Does anyone push Donald Ttump and their health minister to resign. When China just had a few thousands infected and.hundreds of death, hell break lose and the westerners are quick.to blame and humiliate.

The six are independent directors. They are paid allowances but are they performing their duties?

One of the directors said there is miscommunication between management and BOD. Thats not good. He should have just kept quiet and promise to improve where needed.

Blackrock is not objecting to TG per se but to the six directors for doing nothing the past one year and do not deserve to be reelected.

Its a good wake up call to all the directors who gets paid just to attend meetings and nothing else.
