Ambank has talked like 100% of d materials on site is thin air whn in fact d 2020 balance is almost d same as 2019 balance whc were audited n found ok by KPMG
In any case why can't KPMG verify n come out wit irrefutable evidence?
The Directors of the Company is desirous to change the financial year end of the Company from 31/12/2020 to 30/6/2021 due to continuing extension of the MCO in Malaysia and lockdowns in countries in which the group have hampered the ability to finalise the Group's financial statements (FS); expansion of Groups operations in new countries further add to more time required to finalise FS; to facilitate better audit planning and allocation of resources to avoid the peak financial reporting period
haha the whole comment section was bombarded by Orlando, why being so desparate, is it that you have too much of vested interest in Serba? Just let SC and the court do the due diligence, spamming here and there won't help haha :)
lol Orlando, KPMG is resigning due to following the standard procedures where auditors will need to resign whenever the auditee raised a court action towards them. Nothing had changed on who is right or wrong yet. Why so desperate to keep trash talking KPMG, they just doing their job to safeguard shareholders wealth. You should thank them if they are helping you to red flag any Serba wrong-doings haha. No need to allow your confirmation bias to dictate your thoughts
hahaha ya I am just an average man on the street, at least I am not an "elite" like you who lose a lot in serba :), but yet still in denial and acting like you are above average
Tis is precisely the problem KPMG has performed its audit upto MAYBE
“In this regard, KPMG has in our view performed a substandard auditing work for they failed to form a professional opinion
“It is, therefore, noteworthy to acknowledge that Section 320(1) of the CMSA 2007 requires that an auditor form a professional opinion that there has been a breach before they can make a report to SC,” a company source told FocusM.
“In this regard, KPMG has in our view performed a substandard auditing work for they failed to form a professional opinion on the matter and therefore could not have acted in good faith – in fact they acted in bad faith.”
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
