Who is dare to take up the special review job? It may be used as court evidence by the management against KPMG & become the subjects at court.

It has converted the job objective from independent review to court investigating findings.

Serba should engage special private investigator, not auditors.

There are bound to be OPPORTUNITIES during a crisis!!! If it is proven TRUE, then all investors can SLAP HARD on the faces of auditors, SC, analysts, and Bursa, and KICK HARD on SerbaDK!!!

U see, once auditors has put out enough doubts & suspicious on the accounts reliability, it is for the management to come for substantial fact & evidence to clear the air loh...!!

Auditors are not criminal prosecutors or investigators, their role is to provide an opinion whether the accounts prepare by the management can be relied on base on their professional independent judgement & opinion mah!
