What is high and our idea of low? I would believe there is no true high or low. Most important is the sentiment of the market. US market all time high create opportunity and fear in the market. What real investor needs to look is value in the market. CPO market is ripe for bull run and market is still ignoring the sign since early 2021. Those who are in most likely will earn good return. Best return to all who invested.
