Cause by LGE cut the budget for drainage and developement for Malaysia 2 years.Some part LGE fault which cause the big flood.Some-more in PH states.

it's partly also because of overdevelopment. civil engineering calculations consider only average case or plus minus 2 standard deviations, not the most extreme 1 in 100 years case. govt need to compensate and help the victims. which, at the end of day, indirectly come out of all our pockets.
