Request for apology is easy to make. Nothing lost on their part when they have no baggage. But it will make some recalcitrant feel proud of achieving meaningless matter.

For some people, apologize to peer group, is for the sack of co-operation and mutual prosperous .... for some other people that always want to show dominance, apologize means that you recognize the master and slave relationship that he asks for.
