very well summarized in a very funny and catchy video using very layman term to explain those big question marks that any sound investors wud pick up ... i still dun get it why SOSCO wud commit such big risks going into a company with so many red flags? not learning enough from Serbak fiasco? or they got over themselves for their super brilliant investment in BJFood?
