This exercise urgently needed in civil service where the cost of maintaining is a burden to country. A financial leak in national treasure.

The country should also consider banning intake of foreign workers.
Majority Malaysians are unemployed, consider them as first priority.
Revoke licence of companies revolting or providing "grandmother" excuses of not employing Malaysians.

All companies should provide Optional VSS to staff above 50 years old. Give those capable of retiring early chance to retire early to open up more employment to fresh grads & youngsters

Agree with u speakup this will encourage new jobs ( high paying and future prospects ) to the youngsters !!
