Bursa listed IPOs not considered investment scams? Why SapNrg, Icon, FGV left 4.5 sen(IPO RM 2), 10 sen(IPO RM 1.8) and RM 1.38(IPO RM 4.55) respectively? There are China listed IPO remain suspended after so many years eg Xinquan, Msports, etc.
