If your labor not productive, how to pay progressive wage leh ??

The better strategy is to maintain at rm 1500 to rm 2000 with no wage increases, but pay very big bonuses should productivity is high & profit are good loh!

An employee can get 24, 36, 48, 60 mths bonus loh!

This is how u encourage productivity initiatives loh!
