Tsh's lands in Bongan, Kutai West

Book value bought in years 2005 - 2008 : Rm5,000 per acre

Current asking price is 3.5 millions rupiah per SQ meter

or about Rm4.2 Million per acre

So from Rm5,000 to Rm4.2 Million is an astounding meteoric rise of 840,000% (not 840%)
