From the get go, it was known it will be white elephants.
Why so many train systems?
Why no coordination of route?
Why have staggered train systems?
In fact, transportation failed to move people around quickly and on schedule.
It works at the whims and whams of the driver or operator.
It depends on their mood if they had had good or bad sex.
