The law is there but no enforcement. White lights on expensive cars allowed, fully black tinted windows with no permit, no action taken, overloading no action taken, drivers with several summons still driving on the roads - what is minister of transport doing? Enact more laws but no enforcement? Wait for more accidents to happen? Same old story

Many foreign workers are driving. I wonder how they passed JPJ test?
Or do they have international driving licence? Does Malaysia recognise it or just from selective country?

It's time to change the law.
Claim damage expenses from those who cause accident.
Not only damage expense but penalty too.
Failure to pay, send them to jail and revoke licence.
