beward = means be careful and usually warning in bad sign
better follow = follow to buy or sell?
better follow catch = means buy?
run = normally means not good, so run away.

But the whole statement "Be aware !!!! Better follow catch n run !!!!" means CONFUSION!!!!!!!
Hard to understand, buy and keep for life or sell and run?
Sorry, no offence, just confused
