The Group has inked a deal to contract manufacture the Sputnik V vaccine with minimum commitment of 100 million doses and up to 1 billion
doses for the first two years. The quantity on the third year will be adjusted depending on the market dynamic at that time. The deal is take or
pay for the quantity of vaccines produced. Despite of the vaccination in some of the countries, the number of COVID-19 new cases globally
continues to increase. Some countries are spiking up in the third wave and some have started the fourth wave. The vaccines in the market
appear to be effective only for a few months and it is likely that 2 rounds of vaccines per year are needed. It looks like this business will be good
for next few years.
There was no profit forecast issued by the Group.
The tax expenses for the 9 months period ending 28 February 2021 consist of the following :-
iMedic continues to gain traction in the market. Due to the restriction of international and movement in most countries for the foreseeable future,
the Group has realigned its resources to focus on China and other COVID-19 "safe" countries so that sales and marketing activities can
progress as normal. The Group expects to make significant progress in these markets.

Profit merely the same due to one time ESOS expense.
If without ESOS expensive, eps around 1c which is 300% growth!

Without the one time esos expenses, this is quite an awesome result. Earnings would have been 6.88 million if not for the esos. Revenue shot up from 3 million to 15 million! Which says that Ucrest is running a highly profitable business with high profit margin. Next qr will reflect this even more.

The quarter report merely repeat the mou in which it has inked a deal to contact manufacturing vaccine. But the boys has yet to find a manufacturer. In the other hand huans global has found two manufacturer. You can see the share price limit up a few times.

Subsequently, UCrest can then file an official announcement with Bursa on Friday.

Anyway, finding manufacturer is the easy part. The hard part is sales due to the political landscape. Luckily ucrest no need handle sales. Brazil government has rejected spunit V. So closing sales will not be easy even if you offer your ass to the authority. Ucrest could secure a manufacturer contract in a very short period of time. Good luck.
