Price being pushing down priviously for GXXX to enter at lower price below 12.5 sen .. or probally dishonor the new subsrciption to retain the desire shareholding... unfortunately the support did not broke... no body want to sell below.. that why last minute upon the full subscription selling pressure pull out..

The last batch of PP is 148,774,200 but only 23,734,200 is taken by Genting. Wonder where is the balance ? any idea the main purpose of this PP??

Brother, it doesn't work like that. In the transaction, only GPVF bought the shares through PP. They had to announce 4 of the companies due to their owner-subsidiary relationship.

Entirely, Genting bought only 23,754,200 for this batch.
With the last batch at 30 November 2021, Genting in a whole has 162,526,200 units for now. They fulfilled the promise for having 10% of PUC, so no more buying from them.
