Yes. Look like not good. This few days not much movement for PUC. The solar industries is just starter for Puc. May be not much contribute on coming QR. Coming QR may not have any big suprise.. still in profit but in very less amout. This just my opinion. May be i wrong..
Trying to understand the 'feed in tariff' n went to SEDA. Solar PV RE is backed by government policy under net energy metering (NEM). This is further backed by the governments pledge to reduce carbon emmission by 40% come 2030. if I read correctly, tnb is obliged to buy excess power from fit holders such as PUC at a rate of rm0.33+ per kWh
next quarter should have better profit as renewable energy segment not yet contribute profit because of some fund used to tender bigger tarriff but fail, hope fully PUC can get more renewable energy contracts in future, if renewable energy segment start contributing profit, then PUC will fly as IT segment already back to growing already... just my 2 cents ;o)
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
