you should buy PUC LA instead...because PUC LA is a interest-receiving non-burnt warrant equivalent ..with conversion of 1 PUC LA + 5 sen cash into 1 PUC (second conversion option...first conversion option is 2 PUC LA into 1 PUC) got it ?

KUALA LUMPUR (March 3): PUC Founder (MSC) Bhd plans a 10% placement or up to 109.4 million shares to raise RM9.3 million to fund its technology business expansion which would enhance the group’s performance.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, PUC said the expansion involves its electronic commerce and payment, advertising and media, and related business including research and development, and software and intellectual property software.

It said the indicative issue price is 8.5 sen per placement share, representing a discount of 9.6% to the five-day weighted average market price up to Feb 28 of 9.4 sen.

Subject to the relevant approvals, the proposed placement is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2017.

PUC's share price closed flat at nine sen today, valuing the group at RM98.5 million.

Usually when there is a pp, the price will maintain at a certain level expecially after price fixed so as to make sure it is successful. If price fixed n market price lower than that no private parties interested to buy. This u can study pworth

Private placement is common, those who accept pp are like certain quaters , buying at a discount n hope to sell to others at a higher price. To me, no point argueing or worrying. Take the opportunity or leave.

One or a few cases dont mean others the same. Some say stock market too risky, better leave becos they loss a lot, but still some have the reverse opinion. It is the angles we are looking from. Offcourse, our strategies n attitude .
Look at yongtai, selling to the chinese at $ 0.80 , pworth pp at 10 to 10.5 sen. If we took the opportunities, expecially ytai, huat lah.
This ytai, about a yr ago when i told my clients placement to the chinese parties at $ 0.80 (market price around the same ), they said to the china men scare lah.
