The results indicate Three-A's joint venture with Wilmar International in China is turning the corner. The strong sales has enabled the joint venture to reduce operating losses. Three-A's share of the losses has therefore been significantly reduced.

The JV should break even by the second half of this calendar year, The China JV should be profitable in 2017.

Three-A's share is fairly valued at current levels at 16X extrapolated earnings. But the China JV has tremendous potential and this has not been factored into Three-A's share price at RM1.10.

Yes Ronnie. I agree with you. But there's 1 big problem now. The cash flow of the company is really bad. It is holding only 4.6m cash nw. And this quater the administration expenses increase so much to about to 6m(Nt sure they purposely making result looks bad or what). Need to look at the next quater result again.

If the China JV turning into breakeven already nice, it causing the profit reduce every quater, if profitable den there's really much price gain space for this company.
