From the announcement dated 27.02.2020, proposed dividend of 1 sen for year ended 31.12.2019 and prior year dividend of 1 sen being approved on 21.05.2020 and entitled dated 13.06.2019 with notice of issued on 29.04.2020.
If based on past trend, the dividend was a guild then the notice will be issued in very near term on the AGM soon.
Furthermore with MOU signed with Huawei announced 22.10.2019, 24.10.2019 and 27.02.2020, anticipation of further development in near term as it has been 6 months and 2 months since last announcement on the MOU.

With high volume after T3 that is on 28.04.2020 (38.9967 million shares ) and 27.04.2020 (41.691 million shares ), IFCA following volume follow through volume is relative small that is 16.145 million shares due on T3 today for shares transacted on 29.04.2020, 30.04.2020 on volume of 12.696 million and 04.05.2020 (yesterday) for 12.239 million shares.
With this relatively small volume the chance for this counter to move north is extremely good

Based on track record on price the counter retreat from RM0.445 to RM0.455 to current price of only RM0.320 to RM0.325 is consider very safe and comfortable price to consider consider current market substantial number of counter going back to its pre crisis position
