SELL... Price drops till RM0.36, first stop & rebound. Next, drop till RM0.33, then rebound. Today break below RM0.33. Next stop is RM0.27. There is RM0.325 - RM0.27 = RM0.055. That will be another 20% drop coming soon...

Support (a) RM0.27 (b) RM0.23 (c) RM0.175 (d) RM0.155 (e) RM0.115.

My worst guess: Price may stop at RM0.23. Why? (a) IFCA got cash nearly RM60 million. (b) Latest cash flow is RM2 million although profit is less than RM1 million. Assume 4 quarters cash flow is RM2 x 4 = RM 8 million. Give it 10 times PE, RM80 million + RM60 million cash = RM140 million. So, Now nearly RM200 million, another 30% drop coming. Price will likely stop at RM0.23. So, my suggestion is hi guys, unless you have confident on property365, or else, SELL first. BUY back at RM0.23 to RM0.27.

YES I HEARD THE SAME THING, IFCA GOT CASH, 50 to 60 million, but we must understand government is not pump priming this property sector, cause too much of speculation, so this sector is consolidating at the moment...

Walau bagaimanapun, pada 11:12, penurunan IFCA MSC mengecil kepada 34 sen, masih turun 1 peratus atau 2.86%, sebanyak 2.021.700 saham bertukar tangan.
IFCA MSC mengaitkan prestasi yang lemah dalam perolehan ketiga suku dan pendapatan lain yang lebih rendah dan perbelanjaan pelunasan yang lebih tinggi.
Pada suku ketiga (berakhir 30 September, 2016) Jumlah dagangan lebih rendah sebanyak 20.1% kepada 18.060.000 ringgit yang dicatatkan dalam tempoh yang sama 22.6 juta ringgit.
Menurut kumpulan itu semalam (November 16) keputusan Bursa Malaysia, pendapatan lain daripada RM 2.43 juta dalam tempoh yang sama, jatuh mendadak jatuh 67% kepada 801.747 ringgit; dan perbelanjaan pelunasan juga meningkat kepada 154 juta ringgit dalam tempoh yang sama hanya mencatatkan 569.596 ringgit.
Di samping itu, suku ketiga Kumpulan tidak membayar dividen.
Bersepadu sembilan keputusan tahun fiskal pertama bulan, kehilangan IFCA MSC bersih 4.420.000 ringgit, atau 0.73 sen per saham, keuntungan bersih sebanyak 21.170.000 ringgit, atau 3.8 sen sesaham bagi tempoh yang sama, disebabkan oleh perbelanjaan pelunasan yang lebih tinggi, berjumlah 4.67 juta ringgit.
