Selling on ex date, you will still receive dividend , but price will open or drop by about the same value of the dividend. Therefore buying right before ex-date shouldn't result in any profits. And buying on the ex-date is same as getting a "discount" for the dividend you will not receive. If you believe in a stock, buying right before ex-date or buying after ex-date will make not different .
Got dividend also sell . Maybe 0.018cts not attractive to many since out there market is highly liquid . May new comers and funds . But this is coming to end. 6 months loan deferment end this month.
