（吉隆坡3日讯）几经波折的全国移民综合系统项目（NIISe）重新招标，据悉吸引了数10家公司参与竞标该项目。

根据财经周刊《The Edge》报道，有超过10家公司已提交全国移民整合系统项目的提案，该项目旨在整合内政部各机构下的边境管理系统。

报道认为，德达飞讯（DSONIC，5216，主板科技股）和世康（SCICOM，0099，主板工业股）在竞标中处于领先地位。

财务能力技术强

消息人士表示，两家公司都提出了强有力的技术和财务能力，以设计、构建和维护内政部下涉及边境管制的后台运营的整合。

德达飞讯为政府提供护照和身份证芯片，同时维护国际机场的面部和指纹生物识别技术的自动门系统。据信，该公司正在与德国技术合作伙伴，合作展开全国移民整合系统项目。

另外，世康与高教部合作，为政府提供国际学生管理系统。该公司开发了一个内部系统来管理我国国际学生人口，以及处理他们的签证和健康文件。

在2021年的竞标中，德达飞讯大热倒灶，项目最终被艾力斯（IRIS，0010，创业板）拿下；而更早之前，蓝云科技（AWANTEC，5204，主板科技股）（当时称为必达量（Prestariang））在2018年前也曾获得此合约。

但在我国政权屡次更迭等等因素之下，蓝云科技和艾力斯最终遭到内政部终止合约。

此次NIISe重启竞标，据悉MyEG（MYEG，0138，主板科技股）、微想科技（MICROLN，0126，创业板）、盈获数码（INFOM，0265，创业板）、立通数字（REDTONE，0032，主板电信与媒体股）参与投标；其他投标的非上市公司还包括Bestinet私人有限公司，以及沙布拉集团。

（吉隆坡6日讯）立通数字（REDTONE，0032，主板电信与媒体股）宣布，接获首相署旗下的大马行政现代化及管理策划单位（MAMPU），颁发MyGovUC 3.0合约，总值3亿9810万令吉。

该公司周二向马交所报备，这一合约由子公司RENS所获。

合约工作范围，涵盖了政府的统一通信，包括电子邮件系统、日历系统、音频和视频会议、聊天和聊天空间，以及目录管理。

此外，合约也涵盖变革管理项目，包括用户培训、软件支持、安全运营中心（SOC）、网络运营中心（NOC），和信息安全管理的服务台。

该公司预计，这一合约将为公司未来盈利做出积极贡献。

This stock is completely overvalued, the current SP is merely supported by the overextended hype surrounding Berjaya Corp and Berjaya Land. Intrinsic value is around RM0.70. Berjaya Land is a good buy but Redtone is a strong SELL. Just look at what happened to YTL Communications back in 2015 - 2017. Government kept awarding contracts but in the end, none of that translated into actual profits
