The Chairman (Father) is disposing his shares to his son since the latter is running and helming the biz now.

So it is a natural progression and succesion to the company.

Look at Hai-O as examples...............all this years the father Tan Khai Hee is helmin g the company conservatively and after passing the baton to his son............the company starts to growth aggresively and so does the results.

Hence the stocks from 2.40 improved to 4.99 before announcing bonus. After ex-bonus recently at around 3.20.........it goes up to 3.96 before settled at 3.85 yesterday.

So Karyon will follows this path.

sometimes don't know how to explains.............look at the selling by father to son since he is relinquishing his helm to him. So the selling is healthy and nothing to worry about.

This change of hand at the Management is good signs for more good things to come.

Company with similar change of baton are Hai-O and you research back their stocks price surge before and after the changes.

I do believe when the time come, the stock will rally.

If boss sell his stock around highest point it means result is not as expected to push price higher.
Mean it might still be good result but the price is overvalue.

Insider disposing is from father to son and not directly disposing to the public hands. So it doesn't mean the result is bad ahead.

But even is not up to analyst expectation, it still a profitable quarter and overall for 2017 still beat 2016 (changing FY-15 months) result by 100%.

Further to that, the company have so much retained earning to announced a 1 for 5 bonus in my opinion and didn't even eats much into their coffers and also doesn't increased the shares based too much.

Father last selling was on 22nd May. 23 till 26 nothing. So more or less Karyon is now stable. The more dynamic younger generation will take over.
