Last 12 QRs all positive & PE about 13.5 & NTA =0.25
Good reserves ( about 67.8 m ) & net cash counter with good current ratio of about 6 .
Has dipped noticeablely more than 5 waves, look like there is a formation of a big saucer chart !
Any special dividend or bonus issue / free warrant with current price just 0.17 only ???
Shares Outstanding just 475.71 M .

0.07 minus 50 % = 0.035
0.07 minus 30% = 0.021
0.18 at @ PE 14.3
