If companies with no business is such a big deal then nobody will buy SPAC IPO's already lar. Important thing is people still have confidence in the management team, especially when they have a lot of cash in hand to venture into a new business.
Not much cash left...abt RM0.06 per share...it's just whether u wanna to believe they could rebuild a new biz in long run....in short term u just hope they will goreng up again...yr cost is RM0.43 today if you wanna bet...
yes, run b4 it is too late , when volume drops , it will be so difficult to cut loss....it should be trading 26.5-32c only given that it has no more business for 2 long years....
JOBST going down for sure. Why not switch to ABRIC first? Same situation. JOBST overvalued now, shold go down near RM0.30, switch to ARBIC now around RM0.73, Special div = 0.30, then assets left over after special div, proforma=0;50, 25% up side if you buy now , cost=0.43, FV=0.58, near 34% up side conservatively.
if u buy this stock just because the market is down and you see other earning money in this shares then good luck to you. it still a good share but then what is the core business now?
There is nothing wrong in buying if the price is less than the NTA (40sen). But with Mark Chang already said that need to wait at least 1 year before anything significant to happen, you might as well put your money elsewhere that will grow faster.
if you are free shares, sell and buy back later. Over shoot too fast for JOBST. Go into ABRICS first. Later get back 0.30 from ARBICS buy back JOBST near RM0.40 or lower
Just buy some and put in d chiller since the price is lower now , after 1 to 2 year only open it sure u get surprise la...no need so tired to think good news will come on this short term...
No stock can up non stop. In stock market it always up and down. That is trading some one willing to buy and of course someone willing sell it :-) back to basic as long as you not greedy most likely you will make more money then you thinks.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
