Several issuance of PP within the short 2 years period is not a good indicator of company performance based on the only core business model. The exception though to increasing demand to the core product which limited up by capacity to produce, hence required facility expansion, thus needed immediate new capital injection, since its current revenue and profit at low margin is insufficient for internal capital raising. The crystal clear of necessary to indulge into PP or new share issuance at best. What is the case exactly for orion.

No hope for this counter..even it is but no guarantee at time being. I see EAH Profitable gain in short run...promising. I cut loss in Orion last month after realized im wasting time overhere. Luckily EAH give me excellent gain, contra back whatever I loss here. Just my humble opinion.

It is good to see orion positioning at 0.160 first before the pp 30% officially deals. Then the discounted pp price shouldn't more than 15%, strategically right compared to at current price below 0.100, thus better total value out of 30% allocation. The higher the capital gain or raised out of higher pp price would give better breathing to venture into gold mining that required costly frontend, initial expenditures in equipments and other consumables.
