At the moment orion is experimenting with type of business model to diverse future revenues. Agree the last 3 qtr proven that core business model complete failure. Diverse into Gold Mining is likely to be positive after next 2 qr, provided no leakages in gold production from upstream, in the middle stages at the operator/operation. Thus acquiring Auditor/Accounting firm is coherent with assurance of tight gold production, no leakages. So buying orion now is long term investment for anyone with great patience to withstand any possible volatility in price. Orion do not have top man capable to drive into other relevant IT diversity such as e-wallet provider, e-banking/money transfer similar to Western Union, etc, maybe lacking convincing negotiation skills required in any corporate venture.
In a week if orion climbing into the top gainer ranking then it worth to consider again.
