The only set back is the 57 mil Esos subscription price of only 68 sen. Warrant D is not IBs issued warrants so not much impact

Notion V Tech fundamentals are very strong as said earlier there are two issues that can cap their climb. One is the 57 mil Esos subscription price of only 68 sen the other is the 55 mil Warrant D the conversion price is only 44.5 sen. Until all of this is converted and subscribed and sold in the market there will always some headwinds especially on or near the listing dates for the two items
