Initially 37M+ cash reserve, some deduced after utilizing 18M to purchase something the balance left is 55M instead of around 20M. Must be new accounting practice I wasn't aware of. Lol!

So much delusion in K1... some visualize tp 0.60, some visualize cash reserve still remain 55M. Yet last check was still 0.28 ding dong 1-2 cent yet other penny stock with loss and bank borrowing like Ucrest can surge all time high (not 1 day show may I add and shareholders are laughing to the bank with management) just with MOU and new business plan. K1 need new management blood to change its fortune. K1 in its current state is better off acquired by stronger company than acquiring others.

First Ucrest was half the price of K1, then same price, now approaching 0.50 while this hopeless stock still sleeping under the weak management. If no change of management, forever price will be half dead without anyone interested.
