Credit Suisse sell much more than buy to maintain price, they if they sell 1 shot, the price will limit down. They have been continued selling since split, be careful.
if credit suisse and fintec sold all their shares, long term lose more. If you have seen how Lambo being dump from 16 cts after split to 1 ct, then you know how horrible it could be. I seen it on the way down, and I bought and sold lost a little until 1 ct only I bought back otherwise, I mati lemas long time liao.
Lambo only had 2 bil shares + 1 bil wa, at that time, Focus is 6 bil + 2 bil PA + 3 bil wd. that is 3 times more, hopefully, the same thing wont happen here. good luck.
Fintech (at that time called Asiabio) became one of Focus major shareholder since 2014. They are long term investor same like Credit Suisse. What's the problem they sell a bit for some profit ?
Don't worry too much, let the major shareholders sell off all their wd. Sooner or later wd will be traded like other existing warrants once major shareholders finished selling. Five more years to go, anything big (positive or negative) will emerge one by one. Now they provide you the opportunity to buy low.
Based on mother share price and the number of years left for wd, the price of wd should be around 5 cents or more if not for the huge disposal by Fintech and other major shareholders.
Looking forward to five years of free trade of wd based on mother's share price performance and overall market condition once all the major shareholders finished disposing their wd.
Conversion also means company received more cash for its daily operation and could use the conversion money to pay debts, so it's a good thing for the company.
Actually so far most of the wd sold in the market are from major shareholders especially Fintec and Credit Suisse. They want cash more than wd. It's normal for major shareholders to dispose their warrant holding. It's very normal in any listed company especially those new warrants.
Wonder who are those collecting the wd share dump by fintec and credit Suisse.? If wd can go up to 5 or 6 cent, why both fintec and credit Suisse can’t wait to enjoy the good return.
Most retail investors still holding their warrant since the price now is too cheap to sell as the warrant still got five more years to go. Most new warrant only carry 3 years lifespan. Many opportunities could happen within the extra two years. With the price now it's too cheap to be ignored
Alahai releks lah..dia bagi kita peluang untuk beli murah..nanti dah naik..semua happy..can you imagine the warrant price will become rm1? Gila gila lahhhh
