U need to know the whole package deals between Dr J and DBAG group then only u can comment whether the deal at 18sen is fair or not.......There are more intangible things or benefits he could get from there.....offsetting the low off market price of 18.8sen...things which we can see..but only partially ...not complete one

why he want to leave the company

why he wants to sell at 0.188 but can get 0.27 in the open market

so many questions can not be answered and beyond our imagination

why should we expose ourselves to risk, not a good risk

my only explanation is perhaps this 18.8 deal was signed when frontkn was around 22sen? that's my guess.

Awesome, Dr Jorg would not be able to even dispose a few mils of his shares without risking a further plunge. However, i don't think it is his intention to dispose in open market anyway. WHat i think is that he is selling off to DBAG, just like he did for cleanpart. Cleanpart use to be fully owned by the hohnloser family.
