at current price of 27 cents which is higher than NAB, it is not attractive at all to buy back and canceled the share at current price, most probably will just retained as treasury shares if really want to buy at current level

I heard there was a bitter argument between Dr Jorg and the other major shareholder, Dr Jorg throws in the towel sold all his Frontken shares to the other major shareholder and exit the company completely. Not sure true or not, if this story is true, we are screwed.

Dr Jorg bought at 12sen, sold all at 18 sen, he exit with 50% profits in his pocket in 3 years, consider quite good already. What puzzled me is why he don't sell at market price 27sen, why he sell at only 18sen, trouble could be very serious until he is willing to sell at only 18sen just to exit fast.

Ya I agree hor why shud someone sell after he had build the company bringing in many investors hor. Moreover Jorg can sell all his shares at market over 5 days or so at 50 to 60M a day and only declare after the 5th day after all sold and still gain.
My personal view hor is he sold to a company of his interest hor, so now he is an indirect owner and not so glaring lor

Share price movement does not look very healthy also. If his move is good, surely price will go up but looks like no good. Recent up is because of AGM, post AGM, no good news... free fall ?

See if I explain hor like that, he buy at 12sent sell at 18.8 cent make 50% hor. But he sell to own company supplying hor to Frontkn. So now hor he make 50% = 6.8cnets times 290million hor and is still indirect owner hor.

it is so obvious, if new shareholder is of any significant.. surely already announced as fast as they can, no need to wait so long. They dare not tell because they know it will be bad once it is announced, normally they try to delay the bad news until after AGM so that don't get hammered at AGM.
