You have to look at it ok both side. Why CP Asia GMBH is willing to sell to Dazzle Asia at 0.38 sen; and why Dazzle Asia is willing to buy at 0.38.

CP Asia bought frontken for only 0.16 sen only.

Second is to look when the deal is being done.

Third is to think whether at current price, it is still good to hold or is overpriced.
