If the consolidate share is to up the price like xdl and sinotop then that is good. If right issue after consolidate once again then this share can throw into dustbin...They want to cheat shareholder money once again.

the pricing is the key. right niw trading band between 6 - 7 Sen anything higher who wants to subscribe. restricted offer to placement to third parties may be another option

Let's say a person initially holding 1,000 shares,
4 to 1 consolidation became 250 shares,
3 to 1 consolidation becomes 83.3 shares.

it is actually worse than 10 to 1 consolidation!

the consolidation of 3 shares to one has neutral effect. so don't look at it so negatively. I believe the purpose is to reduce the number of shares available in the market so that it is easier for the operator to pump it up
