怎么辨别老千股?

资本运作频繁
频繁的资本运作（ 公司没能力赚钱一直亏钱集资生存 ）、特别是供股(包括公开发售 PP，SIS,ESOS,RI ) 和合股 (shares consolidation ) 是识别“老千股”的一个典型特征和首要依据。

低股价
低股价是老千股特征，但由于频繁的供股和“向下炒”，股价长期低于 10c，也即所谓“仙股”已经很大程度上成为“老千股”的一个共性。

跌幅深
同样由于“老千股”“向下炒”的财技，其复权后股价往往都经历过很深的跌幅，标准为当前股价相比历史高点跌幅至少在80%甚至90%以上。

小市值
一定程度上，其低股价和小市值恰恰是“老千股”的行为所致。

基本面差
基本面差的个股才会考虑通过财技来牟利。因此，我们的筛选标准是自上市以来，净利润亏损年份超过一半时间没有分股息。

sanichi 在2014年15sen 我讲会跌去5sen 没人相信。
当2016年大家说5sen能买，我说不能买没人相信我，公司削减股票，股价又变20sen。我说会跌去5sen 还是没有人相信我。
2017年sanichi股价跌到 5 sen了。我说不能买没人相信我， 公司又在做削减股票股价又变21sen.
一年又一年每轮跟他们讲他们讲他们讲不用讲了，后续我不想要知道！

他们根本不完全了解sanichi !
之前 top glove 上到 top top ... super max 爆发到 max max 很多人都错过了。很多人现在不想不能再错过sanichi。有了sanichi 就有一套工厂就有如有了事业 ，拥有套套了就以为不会在住套房，现在做手套就以为会像之前在创辉煌在赚第一桶金就心里觉得自己不会走阴阳路只会走富贵路不会这一生不愁吃不愁穿有用不完的钱在那边做白日梦！
每一轮我没有 sanichi 他们都是会觉得我傻的没有拥有sanichi这个宝贝你是傻的，每一轮他们都是认为我是傻子，到底是谁傻他们还没搞清楚！ sanichi傻你知...sanichi杀你知...sanichi 又没逼你拿头放在那边让他杀！
是你们自己拥有sanichi就犹如自己傻自己在慢性自杀自己！
杀了自己肉体剩下灵魂，做鬼还是傻傻被杀就做了聻，变成聻还不会觉醒....那么就没办法了等待下一轮就做希吧！
