12.67% hotel for RM 10.593 million cheap or not? Hotel is quite old ie 34 years and not so high occupancy 43.95%. What if PN cannot pay 5% (per month?) as agreed?

It's very obvious, the big whale who bought at 0.075 plan to sell at 0.085. thats y huge turnover at 0.085. small fish will get in trap if buy at 0.085. better avoid and buy at low price.

Better yield is "hope" but hotel business not so good now. Can they pay 5% per mth or 60% 1 yr(bank also don't charge high interest) why PN allow Fintec to get so high return?
