From the WC announcement "Each Warrant C carries the entitlement to subscribe for one (1) EAH Share at the exercise price of RM0.12 and at any time during the exercise period as indicated above ("Exercise Period"), subject to the adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll dated 9 May 2014, constituting the Warrants C. Any Warrants C not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid for any purpose."

ppginvest - i just checked with one investment bank. Assuming WC is 12 sen now, if u want to convert to mother share, you have to pay the exercise price of 12 sen + WC current price 12 sen, total u need to pay to convert will be 24 sen. Thus, unless eah is now > 24 sen, it's certainly not worth to convert
I suggest to understand the warrant structure first before you trade warrants. At least, even if you lose or you profit you know what you earn from and why you lose. If you trade something you don't understand it is no different from gambling. Just my opinion.
