（吉隆坡8日讯）我国六家主要政联投资公司（GLIC）承诺，在财政部“GEAR-uP”计划的首阶段，准备透过国内直接投资（DDI）在未来五年内于国内投资1200亿令吉。

根据文告，此举旨在与各政府相关实体合作，以促进关键经济领域的增长，包括政联投资公司预计向国内直接投资注资的1200亿令吉，以及根据其稳定状态投资计划向公共市场投资4400亿令吉。

首相兼财政部长拿督斯里安华在文告指出，实现昌明经济框架的愿景目标需要全国包括企业界的共同努力。

“通过让政联投资公司加强对国内直接投资的关注，这些部署的资本可以公平地惠及国人，并催生新的经济生态系统。”

安华说，政联投资公司的整体资产管理规模（AuM）超过1兆8000亿令吉，大致相当于大马名义国内生产总值，同时拥有推动国家在经济价值链上升的财力，并改善国人的生活。


针对高增长高价值领域
此外，财政部指出，这些投资主要针对高增长高价值领域，例如能源转型领域、先进制造业（尤其是半导体领域）、从初创企业、风险投资到中型企业的所有生命周期的投资，并最终支持此类公司的上市。

这六家主要政联投资公司分别是国库控股、雇员公积金局、公务员退休基金局（KWAP）、国民投资机构、朝圣基金局和武装部队基金局。

“GEAR-uP”计划推介礼列席者有第二财政部长拿督斯里阿米尔韩查、公积金局总执行长阿末祖卡南和其他机构的高层。

各自领导重点领域
根据文告，这些政联投资公司将各自领导“GEAR-uP”计划的重点领域，其中国库控股将推行其大马投资战略来提高国家生产力和竞争力。

此外，KWAP将专注于增强大马私募股权、基础设施和房地产领域的私人市场，重点是通过Dana Perintis和Dana Pemacu为风险投资和成长阶段公司提供催化剂基金。

国民投资机构则特别关注对新工业园区的投资，支持棕油的自动化和智能农业，以及绿色和能源转型资产，以实现更高附加值和可持续的活动。

同时，公积金局将与政府合作投资于具有商业可行性的永续医疗保健解决方案，以及按照卫生部倡导的卫生转型议程，在政府医院建设私人臂膀。

朝圣基金局将通过伊斯兰金融工具加强永续社会影响，以便简化援助金发放给贫民的程序，并通过与其他主要金融机构和市场参与者的战略合作，扩大伊斯兰金融体系。

Hopefully it will not happen this time as many Asian economies have strengthened their financial systems since the 1997 crisis. They have built up foreign exchange reserves, improved regulatory frameworks, and adopted more flexible exchange rate policies.
