Price already up this few days but if buy to keep for long term the current price look fair with it batu kawan land bank future is bright... Pe is lower than tambun ESP is almost similar tambun is already 1plus

For benalec I have no idea.. Never do research on it.. For gob I think can invest for the moment, not for long term of cause. I believe there're some announcement will be made on this coming Friday (what I heard should be positive) that's why I also enter a bit today to have a try. Anyway, no recommend for long term if we don't know much about the background and their tactic.. Short term can go ahead.

Iafx : do agreed with u on the increased in long term borrowing n weak dividend but its od also reduced from 5 mil to 900k. It cash flow seen ok as long as it project is selling. If someone can share some info on the company performance on going project and it future project at bt kawan would gv us a clearer picture on the company prospect

looking at the current cash and debts level, it will be tight to fund new project... it's div is not going to improve. of cos, it can too rides on pg fever, some profit can be gained here. but for longer terms, the performance is still in question

I not sure whether its possible to hit 1.29 or not but base on the information from my sifu, they said this stock is undervalue now. It can go up to 0.9 above anytime.. Anyway, I also just enter a bit trying only.. Haha

undervalue? this company is in red until late 2011. beware that ppl likes to call a company undervalue simply bcos it has a higher NTA. sigh... still, a good run buta from 50c, congratulation!

gob moving pattern is a little bit funny...it moves up to a certain price ..then it can comeback to the beginning price...then afterthat it able to go up higher...i saw it few times since it started from 0.60....ok ..wish u all the best
