but certainly, I can say GOB is DAMN UNDERVALUE ... it just not it's time to move ... yet ... IMHO ...

In terms of fundemendal, I can back Icon888 up , let's say ECOWORLD buying the land in Batu Kawan for RM 40- Rm 50 per square feet, then imagine ... GOB price of obtaining the land is Rm 2/ square feet...
