Nobody want the market to fall like those days as the effect is big to the society. Countries no matter what will try to sustain their market and economy.

Maybank is the gem of KLSE, always reliable, unsinkable ship. This stock is 70% own by government entities, 10-15% owned by Malaysian/Malaysian institutes, consistent dividend at 4-6%. It can survive armageddon let alone coronavirus. Buy some...it's better than owning gold.

TP 10.00 (May-July 2020)

Generally, this counter is good but with the exception of big percentage of loan given to few politically link businessman.

History has proven these cronies know peanut about business when the incoming recession unfolding its ugly face.

Expect this counter to suffer huge NPL in such challenging times. Below RM6 is more safety margin

External reserves around 109b USD, far away from around 140b in 2013. That may indicates how best foreign funds like local securities. Net FDI inflows and trade surplus all gone to where?
Luckily foreign funds only gradually dispose of over the past few years.
