bjtoto deliver commendable result in Q4 result, record EPS 5.28sen. Profit increase compare to preceeding q due to absence of one off GST provision, profit decrease compared to corresponding q due to no additional draw day and normalize prize payout.

Dividend payout also normalize to 78% instead of 100%. Its good for Bjtoto to opt more prudent payout to conserve more cash for investment accretive business particular Vietnam toto business.

When interest goes up is good for gaming industry, relatively lower debt compared to other industries, say for example REITs, high debt. The only direction for interest rate going forward is up. Cause interest rate roughly on a 30 years cycle, 1950 low interest rate, getting higher gradually and peaked in 1980 or so then reverse the cycle, and now we are on a historically low interest rate period, this won't stay forever, so over the next 3 to 5 years, interest rate will shoot up. Based on Q4 EPS 5.28, if without one off GST provision earlier and sustain normalize prize payout, annualized Bjtoto should be able to deliver EPS 21sen, payout 78% should translate into 16sen, based on current share price level 2.57, valuation at historical low level now of just PE 12x.

As long as fundamental of the company is solid,, short term business environment factor will not have damages impact to the company. Divide the yield still at good %, EPS not that bad, PE at acceptable level. Now just the transition period fo reflex the -VE factor. Thereafter shall back to the +VE track. On the other side of view, now is the time to accumulating BJTOTO.
