Cloudsky, I would say below 0.50 is safe and super undervalue stock. Its Net asset value is more than RM 1. You study its FA + Projects + Upcoming development + market sentiment factors before making decision.

Basic information such as NTA for this company is valued at RM1.0x.
Some points to take into consideration such as:
1) Laggard - slow but limited downside risk
2) Rotational Play - switch counter to this laggard counter (after those OPs and investors locked their profit from other counter)
3) Some news and development for this bb

Limited downside risk helps us to stay at the safe side, but "slow" make it less "active" if compare to 8877 & 1589 & 5148. Hihihi. Pro & Con loh. (When 8877 1589 5148 start to drop, 1651 may drop also haha. Faint)

8877 & 1589 = Johor Theme Play, hihihi. Goreng stocks. High risk high gain/loss.

Anyway, do some basic analysis first before making decision if you are unsure.

Run out the window first then buy back later again, if miss your desired price, never mind, play the next level of support and resistance (this one own self learn lah), target make few rounds 1-2 sens each time (hopefully without kena too many stop losses) if Warren Buffet is a Malaysian he where got buy 40 sens then waiting to sell at 70 sens?

Most investment bankers are positive about the local stock market this year. I will just cling on to my investments for now. It hasn't gone up a lot compared to UEMS, Ranhill Utilities or IW City.
