这间公司是老手。和5398一样。几个月前Mr Kim提过5398将会带领建筑股飙升。几个月后，终于来了，引擎刚启动。慢慢上然后下然后上下上下，应该没有直通车直接乱飙升酱紫吧。Slowly but surely. 这家公司是一家很考验投资者耐性的公司。EPF最近500mil股transfer，也不懂什么fishy。主要的是股价逐步上升稳定不暴跌，就是好事。

Good morning.

Share price fluctuate from time to time.
Nobody know what is the next target price (TP) to hit.
If you are a long term investor, and would like to ignore short term price fluctuation, then you may hold (just like our Mr Rabbit).

If you wanna to be safe, if you measure your ROI (return on investment) by %, what is your target %? How long to achieve it is not an issue. If so, you may have your answer in mind. For example:
Buy Price: RM 0.50
Current Price: RM 0.54
Difference: +0.04
% = 0.04 / 0.50 = +8% (before comm & charge)
FD = 4% per annum (example)
Hence, 8% vs 4%

However, if you are having your TP for this company, let's say RM 0.60 or RM 0.70. Similarly, you may still need to calculate your ROI based on the % method. We don't use $ method to compare the ROI if our fund is not as huge as rich guys or companies.

Do not contra, do not punt, do not speculate and invest with our limited fund will do. Contra kills investors most of the time, and, layman saying this@earning 100 times, and the last one may KO a person (loss all, vomit out all their previous gains).

Lastly, do remember to spend time to read and analyze a company before you invest in it. Using Fundamental Analysis (FA) as your base. Technical Analysis (TA) is good if it is together with FA but FA is still the main thing to keep you safe for all your long term investment. (Don't contra, greedy kills).

looking at the pattern for the past months, this counter had been top 4 active pick for the few days then slowly quiet down and sideway then gradually increase by 1 and 0.5 , any expecting news? HSR? deposal of Menara Digi-Celcom? Property realized sales?

Unlikely to be just one day show. MRCB has been rising steadily from 30 sen to 54 sen now or a rise of 80% in just 7 months, though not as impressive as UEMS, Ranhill Utilities, YTL Power or IW City.
