Still a fundamental strong company..must be affected by commodities market at the moment...property sectors look very strong with their skypod at puchong rushing for completion...buy when range falls below 4.70

IOI Corp is among the Blackrock Fund largest portfolio holding in term
of low volatility pick sector. The other Fund favorite pick is Public
Bank-OI. Accumulate the stock when the price is right. The Norwegian
Fund sell-off is just a temporary move.

Heavy overhanging shares as program selling was done by substantial shareholders. Highest vol last friday since the last 2 years. But price collapsed.

wait for while the price may still be falling. refer to monthly chart,still falling closed to uptrend. may fall to 4 according to local newspaper comment. buy for long run. keep it in your pocket. good dividend payout. the CPO price will again in the futures. worth buying at discounted price. no cheap price.

（吉隆坡7日訊）IOI集團（IOICORP，1961，主要板種植）房地產業務收入漸見增長，券商不排除此業務可重新上市，種植業下游業務改善亦稍抵原棕油弱勢，投資評級提至“中立”。

　興業證券研究分析師在報告中指出，近期該公司較側重房地產業務，不過新加坡業務漸有成果、大馬業務亦保持穩定收入。

　她指出，由于海外房地產業務投資已有成果，相信IOI集團將重新考慮上市，讓想投資該公司房地產業務的投資者可更專注投資該業務。

　“不過受大選等各種懸而未決的因素影響，相信房地產部門重新上市不會在短期內發生。”

　至于種植業務，目前雖受原棕油價下滑所擾，所幸下游業務收入開始有所改善，有助抵銷不利狀況。

　分析師指出，由于2011年初下修該股評級至脫售后，股價已下滑約15%，相信跌幅已納入市場大部分負面因素，故將提高投資評級至“中立”，合理價格則從4.70令吉提高至4.90令吉。

　截至上週五（5日）閉市，IOI集團跌6仙至4.80令吉，成交量403萬8500股。

（吉隆坡8日讯）IOI集团（IOICorp，1961，主板种植股）近期看起来更专注房地产业务，虽然投资者不大看好，但分析员认为也不是完全没希望，因新加坡房地产业务正步入收成期，可抵消种植领域上游盈利下滑。

此外，随着海外房地产贡献开始显现，分析员指重新把房地产业务膀臂上市的选择不应该排除在外。

兴业研究分析员表示，虽然IOI集团70%盈利来自种植领域的上、下游业务，但看得出集团近期视乎在扩大来自房地产业务的盈利贡献，主要在马新两个市场。

投资者鼓噪

分析员说，此举虽然预期会引来投资者鼓噪，因他们买入IOI集团的股票，就是看好后者的种植业务。

“但我们认为，扩大房地产业务盈利贡献的决策不是完全没有希望的，因为在新加坡的多项房地产投资已经开始进入收成期，而大马房地产计划也持续带来稳定营业额和盈利。”

分析员预期，IOI集团2013财年房地产发展与投资业务的盈利可录得14%至15%的增长。

他们补充，加上种植领域下游业务盈利改善，应有助抵消上游业务因疲弱原棕油价格所造成的盈利下滑现象。

地产膀臂或重上市

随着海外房地产投资开始为IOI集团贡献盈利，分析员也相信集团可能会重新检视房地产业务膀臂上市的选择，让投资者的投资变得更专注。

“虽然重新上市不会在短期内发生，但我们认为不应该排除这个选择。”

另一方面，分析员指自从2011年初给予IOI集团“卖出”评级至今股价已跌15%，相信许多负面因素已经纳入计算。

所以，他们把IOI集团评级由“卖出”上修至“中和”；随着2013至2015财年盈利预测上调1%至2.5%，该股目标价也从4.70令吉微调至4.90令吉。

eftee... the loss on forex is due to their foreign currency borrowings which my understanding is just accounting loss. they swaped those foreign currency to RM subsequently. hence is save as they only expose to RM risk instead of USD/ other foreign currency. just to share.
