All IOI shareholders, please make sure you send the application form for IOIPG by 2nd January. As of today, we have still not received the forms. I downloaded mine from the bursa website, and managed to send by pos laju last Friday. Anyone of you have not received? Please buy your bank draft and send by today by courier/pos laju. I have just written a complaint by email to aduan@bursamalaysia.com to complain on behalf of ioi sharheolders!

No, Leong, you are not entitled, as the ex-date was 19th December, when it was adjusted to a lower adjusted price level to factor in the new IOIPG shares given to IOI shareholders on the basis of 1 for every 3 IOI shares held.. The new issues to purchase on the basis of 1 for 6 is only for eligible IOICORP shareholders.

Pl download from bursa website, print and buy your bank draft today, and send by courier/pos laju today! If bursa does not extend the dateline, you will lose your benefit!

Susuan, I sent my Offer Acceptance Form last Friday but how about Notice of Provisional Offer , do I need to submit ( cos I didn't submit that)? And IOI Properties free shares distribution will be direct go to our CDS without the need of doing anything right?

Those entitle to IOI Properties restricted shares must act first !! Time running out, due date is 2nd Jan (Thursday) but 1st Jan (Wednesday) is public hoiday. Don't miss this almost sure-win entitlement

I believe most of us had not get the form, please try to contact the remisier and they will assist to submit the form. My remisier help me and my gf prepared the form and even courier it out. Their office should have revenue stamp, can buy it from there.

"Notice of Provisional Offer" is part of the form, 3 pages in all, so I sent all, and of course filled in the Notice of Provisional Offer as well. I would think that even if you didnt submit that form, it's okay, as long as you submit the offer letter and if you wanted excess shares, also fill in that portion. Yes, time is running out, and if Bursa does not do anything about extending the dateline, then one would have lost a good opportunity. Yes, regarding the free shares distribution, you do not have to do anything, it will go direct to your cds account. All the best!!

No special form, just have to email, they dont take telephone complaints!
Until now, after they have replied me in the morning saying that they have noted my complaint, no news so far of the extension of the dateline. Let's see what they will announce tomorrow?

I just checked my letterbox, nearly 6pm now, still no form received from Tricor!!

Very irresponsible!! Will make another complaint tomorrow to Bursa. Good thing I have downloaded the form, and sent last Friday!

My form arrived today. The book that came with the offer was so thick it was almost 2 inches. No wonder it came late plus Xmas holidays. Imagine an area were to have 10 of them the postman's side pockets will be full. So why the short notice and taking into consideration the holidays. Tricor should have advise IOI that it is not possible. I see an extension if they are serious in their offer. BTW my remisier says the IOIP shares worth more than RM3.

It will very likely to exceed RM3 on the first day of trading. In fact, I read CIMB research, it gave IOIP RM4.00 vs IOI RM4.22

Let's hope Bursa make some 'special' announcement regarding the closing date for the application of IOIP. Even though we have sent ours last Friday, just think of the others especially those outside KL, how are they going to buy bank draft and send by 2nd January? Impossible!! I myself, have not received through the post, and even if it comes today, it will not be possible to send on time.

Great to know that IOIP will exceed RM3!!

Done. Went to hand in my forms. Some ppl I spoke to said they only got it this morning. They seem to know Tricor office has the forms today. A lot of them were very angry. Calling all kinds of names. Seems to be some camaderie among investors even for that few minutes of meeting.

How come? Investors had to go direct to office and ask how much they are entitled. Best way (if not too late) to buy to post office if not too much. Mine only a few hundreds. Commission also much less than banks and faster.

I think this counter is preparing for chinese new year rally.. oversold signal have been seen. May go up again within these few days if no devastating news especially in relation to oil palm and the economy. What we need to do now is just cross our fingers n just sit tight :)
