Assume dividend as per last year 4.5 sen

Now my high interest savings account can get me 2.45% p.a.

Alibaba group factory in Nilai, sayang loh, If in Senai ,then Senai Airport profit will shoot up to the sky. Anybody tried to persuade Jack Ma then ? Perhaps the land price is the factor, JOHOR very expensive compared ti Nilai.

MMC crown jewel port , PTP is goin through upgrading. Adding autonomous trucks system in roughly 2021or 2022, state of art IT connection, state-of-the-art 8 ULCV STS quay cranes, all high tech , enlarging free trade zone area etc. Hopefully all these are direct or indirect for listing of ports.

This quarter 1.5 cents and 4th quarter expected announce another 4.5 cents n all together make it 6 cents in dividend for year 2020!!
At current price of RM0.86, MMC provide us wth close to 7% yield!

Even at worldwide shut down economy due to this Covid-19 pandemic, MMC still can registered improve earning compare to year 2019, proven that this MMC business model is resilient and money spinning machine wth safe entry price at current level.....try imagine what will happen to MMC earning in 2021 when worldwide country economy re-opening!!!

Almost whole year 2020 a penny stock until now I still don't believe for a above average company anyway I got alots of patience to wait for MMC the superstar of KLSE!!!
