Oh found back what wallstreetrookie said. Ya they needed gomen bailout lol but who cares, we are not into politics, morality or charity, we are here to make money hehehe
@Juniper if you buy for long-term dividends treat it just like REIT investment la
See the consistency of dividends
If dividends are growing and/or consistent, don't care too much about the share price (of course don't fall so much that dividends cannot cover the price loss la)
Hi guys, been following this stock for quite some time. Im quite a newbie here since i only started buying stocks this year so am hoping someone for some clarifications. Im currently holding 30% of my portfolio on MMC since it seems to be a fair buy given it s NTA..growing dividend/ profitable business. But as alot may have mentioned, it s a conglomerate business, so it s supposed to be more diversified and hence stable? so i was wondering why did MMC drop from its RM2+ before 2018 till today s price, what went wrong?
Bought MMC shares 3 years ago at RM2.57 per share. I keep the shares till now.. Sad to say, it is my worst investment so far. No choice, now only start to do dollar cost averaging.
As what i say before, if they cannot enter westport, where they go? Northport la.. so many empty space there.. only 48percent capacity use as per 2019 annual report
